FTII ACTING STUDENT GIRISH KUMAR SINGH BAGS SHATRUGHAN SINHA SCHOLARSHIP.
Girish Kumar Singh, a final year student of Screen Acting (2017 Batch) at Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) Pune has been awarded the prestigious SHATRUGHAN SINHA Scholarship for the year 2018.
A letter from the office of Shatrughan Sinha announcing the release of scholarship award of Rs 50,000/- was presented to Girish Kumar Singh by Bhupendra Kainthola, Director, FTII in the presence of Siddharth Shasta, Head, Dept of Screen Acting, FTII.
Instituted in 2008 by renowned actor and FTII alumnus Shatrughan Sinha,the scholarship is awarded to the first year topper of FTII's Screen Acting course.
Hailing from Delhi, Girish took a BA degree from University of Delhi before joining FTII in August 2017.
