Viewing documents
Information may be published as web pages, PDF documents or Office files. Open PDF documents in your browser or a compatible PDF reader. Use compatible software to open Office documents. If a document cannot be opened or read, use the Feedback form to report the page address and document name.
Accessibility Controls
Open Accessibility Controls from the header or footer. You can change text size, text spacing and line height, adjust colour and contrast, highlight links, hide images or enlarge the cursor. Reset all settings restores the default display. Your selected settings may be saved in your browser for future visits.
Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between controls, Enter or Space to activate buttons, and Escape to close the accessibility dialog. Wide tables can be scrolled horizontally; focus the table region and use the arrow keys to scroll it.
Search and photographs
Use Search the website to find published information. Open a photograph to view the full image. Use the photo viewer's controls to move between photographs and Escape to close it. The viewer returns focus to the photograph link.
Privacy preferences
Use Privacy preferences in the footer to review optional analytics and external media choices. Maps or videos may remain unavailable until external media is allowed. Essential site functions remain available when optional services are rejected.
Feedback
Required fields are marked with an asterisk. Enter your name, email address, ten-digit phone number, comments and the security code shown in the image. Names may contain letters from different languages. If the security image is unclear, use Refresh code.
You can listen to the same security code in the audio player. The recording says “letter” before an English letter and “digit” before a number. Enter the six letters/numbers without spaces; letter case does not matter. Refresh code updates both the image and audio.
